It's Automatic!  Roasting coffee has never been easier.  In fact, using this roaster is so easy that no coffee roasting experience or special knowlege is needed.  Select a degree of roast and press start, the roaster will roast the coffee and finish with a cooling cycle automatically.  The entire process takes about 20 minutes from start to finish, empty the chaff collector, put in new beans, and start again.  Labor for each roast is under two minutes!
