Product orders placed between 8a.m. and 4:30 p.m. will be filled, packed, and shipped the next business day. EspressoDealer.com ships the best way possible to each location. Number of shipping days will depend on location, weather, holidays and efficiency of the delivery company.

Due to the varying sizes and weights of espresso and coffee equipment, we have three shipping methods to help minimize the shipping and handling fees with our products. We ask that you be aware that your items may arrive in individual shipments, which is the fastest way to receive your items.

1. Most products will be shipped via FedEx, and you select varying speeds of the shipment, from standard ground to overnight air. The rates appear in your purchase order during checkout.
2. Items weighing over 150 lbs. (espresso machines, brewers, etc.) will be freight shipped according to weight. Your product will appear with a flat rate for shipping already determined.
3. Items ordered from select vendors will be shipped to you directly from the vendor via the vendor's chosen shipping carrier. You will see the cost per item listed with the item upon checkout.
