New Equipment: All new equipment sold through the Espressodealer.com website comes with the manufacturer or re-seller stated warranty.
Used Equipment: All posted used equipment requires the seller to choose a Warranty Status for that equipment being sold. In the case of a 30-day or 90 day warranty a local or regional service provider will qualify the machine. Three classification options are offered for used equipment:
Not DOA, 30 days, and 90 days.
Not Dead On Arrival - The machine works, but has no guarantee. The seller is not paid until the customer communicates they have received the machine and it works. No further responsibility is given or implied. A local or regional service contact will be given to the customer for convenience.
30-Day Warranty - The machine is guaranteed to work for 30 days. The warranty excludes electronic control and computer boards. It covers all major parts critical to the operation of the machine. Parts covered under warranty include pump, motor, activation switches, solenoids and relays related to the production of espresso. Steam valves and knobs are also covered.
90-Day Warranty - The machine is guaranteed to work for 90 days. The warranty excludes electronic control and computer boards. It covers all major parts critical to the operation of the machine and the production of espresso drinks. Parts covered under warranty include pump, motor, activation switches, solenoids and relays related to the production of espresso as well as heating elements, steam valves and knobs.
