Authorization must be obtained from espressodealer.com for the return of goods for credit. All requests for return must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and only with an espressodealer.com issued Return Merchant Authorization (RMA).
Returns are only accepted in the case of a customer receiving an incorrect item.
