All new and most used equipment sold through espressodealer.com comes with a stated manufacturer or re-seller warranty.  If the item is supplied by an authorized dealer/re-seller of espressodealer.com and has a stated warranty, espressodealer.com will, if possible, sell the labor portion of the warranty to a local or best qualified area service agent.  Such labor warranty is valid only after the receipt and acceptance of the equipment by the buyer and inspection acceptance and payment to the authorized service agent.  Upon final acceptance by both parties espressodealer.com has no further responsibility for labor warranty.  Espressodealer.com will warranty for all parts covered under our stated warranty status for that item from the date of shipment until the end of the stated warranty period.

All used equipment requires the reseller to choose a Description of Condition for that equipment when uploading to our website. This description communicates to the buyer the actual condition of the equipment and is taken very seriously when making a selection. The options for condition are poor, fair, good and excellent. Basis for these descriptions area as follows:

Poor - The machine is worn and weathered on the outside panels or body and has been used extensively. Such machines are in working condition but rarely are sold with warranty.

Fair - The equipment is heavily used but works well or not of an age over 5 years. Equipment rated as fair is in working condition and may be sold with warranty if the physical condition is weathered but all working components are in working condition. Fair generally denotes that the physical exterior of the equipment is not in good condition but it works fairly well regardless.

Good - Good equipment is obviously as stated. Exterior panels as well as visual and operable components are in very good condition and the machine operates normally without unusual sounds and to the standard calibrations of a good working condition coffee machine or grinder.

Excellent - The equipment is like new or lightly used. The machine may or may not be covered by the manufacture warranty and generally would be sold with some warranty coverage. All exterior panels and surfaces are in excellent condition. Grinders should have near new or new burrs. Coffee brewers and espresso machines are free of hard water scale build up.
